一人不慎落水，路人聚而欲救之。其中一人说，落水者是公务员，路人散去一半：
另一人说，是公安局的，又散去一半，又有人说，看上去像城管，路人皆散去。
猛然有人说，是证监会的，路人蜂拥而回，以石投之，让他活着上来那不是坑死人吗。
突然有人惊呼，是国足的，众人皆纷纷跳下将其捞起，此人正欲感谢，众人答：让你在里面待会儿水全臭了，我们还怎么活。。。。。。
